El derecho a la salud y los actuales discursos políticos

Abstract

This work pretends to review the principal political speeches about health in Chile. Then, I will compare them with a health right concept, which I describe it in its most elemental terms. Finally, I will try to relate this right concept with the State role in this area and approach some conflicts events in this mutual relationship, suggesting, moreover, some ways to find a solution to this matter.
