Abstract

A selected bibliography related to Chilean disasters is presented.
It is not exhaustive and gives emphasis in medical, organizational, environmental and psychological aspects. Engineering, geophysical, architectural and other aspects related to the subject are also presented.
General orientation and coordination for specialists connected with the study and management of natural disasters in Chile is intended as a goal.
