Abstract

Some antecedents about the importance of mental health in the use of services and some intents of integration of the physical and mental health are presented. Some factors in the diagnosis and treatment of the minor psychiatric disorders by the general practitionners are appointed. Finally some possible actions of the psychiatrists in the primary care services are discused.
