Abstract

Within the Reference Centre of Hospital San Martin, Quillota, the Ambulatory Care Admission Unit, which previously was a scrirce of complaints from the users, has been improved through the formatization of the admission procedures, better coordination with peripheral facilities and proper organization of the doctor’s agendas.
